We sample your ranking at dozens of points around your business, for the phrases your customers actually use. It's the fastest way to see the gap between "I'm number one" and "nobody four suburbs over can find me".

Fair warning

Sometimes the answer is "you're fine, don't pay us".

It happens often enough that we mention it upfront. If your profile is in good shape and your map is mostly green, we'll say so, hand you the checklist, and tell you to spend the money on staff instead.
